4.2 Generated Output

The table markup formats generated by Phables are different representations of your original data. You retain all rights to both your original content and the converted output.

4.3 Service Ownership

Phables, including its code, design, functionality, and documentation, is owned by its creator. Users may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the service itself.

5. Service Availability

5.1 Best Effort Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable for:

  • Scheduled maintenance and updates
  • Technical difficulties or server issues
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

5.2 No Service Level Guarantees

As a free service, we provide Phables on an “as available” basis without warranties regarding uptime, performance, or continuous availability.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

6.1 No Warranties

Phables is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Due to our client-side processing architecture:

  • We cannot monitor or control what content users convert
  • Users are solely responsible for ensuring their usage complies with applicable laws
  • We cannot provide technical support for specific data conversion issues

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 No Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or process any personal data or user content. All processing occurs locally in your browser.

7.2 Third-Party Services

When using the Google Sheets import feature, you are subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store any data from your Google Sheets.

7.3 Browser Storage

Phables may use browser localStorage for temporary functionality (such as undo history) during your session. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of Phables after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to Phables at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Technical Requirements

10.1 Browser Compatibility

Phables requires a modern web browser with JavaScript enabled. We support current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

10.2 File Size Limitations

While we don’t impose strict file size limits, very large datasets may impact browser performance. For optimal experience, we recommend processing files under 10MB.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Phables shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
